Terms and conditions

Before placing an order on our website it is important that you carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of My Personalised Photogifts.

Article 1: In General

  • My Personalised Photogifts produces and supplies personal and customized items for cunsumers and businesses/organizations.
  • My personalised Photogifts engraves and/or lasers your desired photos and/or logos on jewellery, personal photo present items, mirrors and crystals in a large variety of options.
  • My personalised Photogifts provides its products via its online shop and partners. www.mypersonalisedphotogifts.co.uk works in partnership with P.T Gravodiam, a company based in Indonesia. My Personalised Photogifts has only one office in the Netherlands and there are no shops or physical access.

Article 2: Relevant Information

  • Any customer accessing or ordering an item is directly linked to the terms and conditions of our website. In case that any of the users disagrees with these terms and conditions is advised to stop the usage/visit of My Personalised Photogifts services and products.
  • Any customer by using/visiting the website, and/or accepting deals and/or discounts from it will directly fall under the Article 2 of the terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions can only be deviated writtenly. In case of deviation of any (part) article the rest will still be used under any circumstances.
  • In case that through juridical intervention or any external party one or more articles are rejected or marked as irrelevant, the rest of the articles will still be used under any circumstances.

Article 3: Agreements

  • Any customer/user comes to an agreement with My Personalised Photogifts after placing an order and/or visiting its website.
  • My Personalised Photogifts has the direct right to reject any orders that might require additional information.
  • In case an order is rejected, the customer will be contacted and informed.
  • Orders will only be accepted via the online checkout process. Once the process is completed, the customer will receive an e-mail with the overview and confirmation of the purchased item(s).
  • We can reject an order in case that:
    a. Products are not in stock or cannot be delivered;
    b. My Personalised Photogifts did not receive an authorisation regarding the payment of the ordered items;
    c. There is a mistake on the price or the product itself;
    d. The customer does not meet the term and conditions requirements;
    e. In the customer's requirements for the personalization of his/her item there is information in regards to: pornografic, obscene, hateful, discriminative messages/information and/or intrudes intellectual property or any other patent related matters.

Article 4: Pricing

  • The prices listed on the website include taxation charges (VAT).
  • Sending costs are not included on the listed prices unless estated otherwise.
  • In case that the product, for service reasons, has to be returned, sending charges will then have to be covered by the client.
  • During only certain periods of time, deals on the products will be offered. Before or after this period, no claims regarding the prices of the items will be accepted.
  • It will not be possible to derive rights to illigal pricing information. My Personalised Photogifts will not be responsable for pricing information that is incorrect.

Article 5: Payment

  • Payments regarding any item has to be completed previous to delivery.
  • Payments can be completed via debit/credit card, iDeal, bank transfer.The payments can be savely completed through one of our reliable payment service providers (www.paypal.com of www.moneybookers.com).
  • Atfer placing an order, the customer is directly giving permission to My Personalised Photogifts to handle the necessary processes to complete the payment of the chosen item(s) through the chosen payment method.
  • In case the payment period is exceeded, extra costs will be charged, 5,00 EUR. My Personalised Photogifts is entitled to charge and collect the specified interests from the customer. The customer is, therefore, ought to pay the extra juridical costs of the local collection rate, 44,03 EUR.
  • In case of payments through bank trasfer, the date that will be used is the one of when My Personalised Photogifts received the payment for the selected items.

Article 6: Delivery

  • The standard delivery times can vary from 5 to 10 business days. 5 business days for express deliveries and 10 business days for regular. The delivery periods will only start after the total payment has been received.
  • My Personalised Photogifts will always try to deliver all orders within 10 business days in Europe.
  • My Personalised Photogifts is not responsable for delays and the given periods are only to be used as a guideline.
  • The maximum delivery period is 30 days after receiving the payment for the item(s) ordered.
  • In case that an item/product is not on stock (for example: because it is sold out), cannot be delivered, only partially or for other reasons the client will then receive within 30 days an e-mail. In that case the client will have immediatly the right to cancel, without any extra costs, the order. My Personalised Photogifts will then make sure the total amount is repaid.

  • When applicable, the return costs for the replacement of an item will be on My Personalised Photogifts.
  • My Personalised Photogifts is not responsable for colour, type, text, font and/or prices changes.
  • In case of none/incomplete payments or out of stock items, My Personalised Photogifts can behold on the item(s), until receiving in our account the full amount for the pruchased item(s).
  • The purchased items will be delivered to the address given. The address can be different than the one purchasing the item (for example: a friends´s or family member).
  • My Personalised Photogifts is not reponsable for extra sending costs in case of: unclear, wrong or incomplete address.
  • All our products are delivered with international known companies such as: TNT, EMS, DHL, FedEx, Deutsche post, Beligische post. Customers will be provided with a track and trace number per e-mail to keep track of the item(s).
  • My Personalised Photogifts does not deliver to postbus numbers.
  • In case the purchased item is not delivered within the standard delivery periods, the customer must contact the carrier before contacting My Personalised Photogifts.
  • In case that My Personalised Photogifts produces and delivers a new item, and then is proved that the first item was actually delivered, My Personolised Photogifts is then entitled to charge 100% of the costs for the second item.
  • My Personalised Photogifts is entitled to wait the standard shipping time (10 busines days) for the first item before sending a second one to avoid double shipping of products.

Article 7: Cancellations/Changes

  • An order is finalized and completed once is been placed on our website. By not paying at the moment of the order does not relieve the client from his/her dues.
  • Ordered items that have been personalised according to the customers´ requirements (for example: engraving or lasering) CANNOT be changed, returned or cancelled.
  • Due to the fast shipping periods orders are processed after 48 hours. It is not possible to change or cancel your order after this period.
  • Changes, where possible, are requested to be written and sent to our e-mail address.
  • My Personalised Photogifts cannot guarantee that changes can be made afterwards.

Article 8: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all customers on all of our products. If the customer is not satisfied with the item(s), he/she can return it/them within 7 days after receipt.
  • In case that My Personalised Photogifts did a mistake or send the wrong item then this will, with no questions, be replaced.

Article 9: Return Policy:

  • The quality or resolution of the photo determines the quality of the engravement. Our engraving machinery always engraves with constant engraving/lasering quality. Customers are responsable to provide the proper photos during the order process. Complaints regarding the quality of the engraving can only be accepted if the photos fulfilled the photo requirements.
  • Complaints regarding the engraving quality rejected if the photo provided by the customer does not fulfill the photo requirements (high-resolution, clear, sharp, minimum 100/200 Kb, .jpg, close distance, blurry).
  • Send an e-mail to: info[at]mypersonalisedphotogifts.co.uk within 7 days after receipt explaining clearly the issue/problem.
  • Customers will receive the address where the item (complete/undamaged/unused) in the original package can be sent back.
  • In case the customer sends back the item(s), My Personalised Photogifts requires that she/he includes the original e-mail, order number and name.

Article 10: Refund

  • In case that the customer has the right to a refund or part of it, he/she will be informed and kept updated regarding this matter by e-mail.
  • All refunds will be made to the customer within 15 days via bank transfer, PayPal or Moneybookers. In case the customer does not pocess a PayPal/Moneybookers account he/she has the possibility of opening one save and easy through their websites.
  • Extra costs regarding the sending and/or receipt of refunds that can be charged by PayPal/Moneybookers will be covered by the customer.
  • In case the customer is not happy with the item(s) then My Personalised Photogifts has the right to first offer a new item.

Article 11 Ownership

  • Ownership of delivered item(s) will only be possible if all the costs involving the production, sending and handling have been covered.

Article 12 Intellectual property

  • Customers must respect all intellectual properties that are over the products of My Personalised Photogifts.
  • My Personalised Photogifts does not guarantee that the item(s) delivered to the customer does not infringe any third parties' (unwritten) intellectual and/or industrial property rights.
  • Customers are requested to acknowledge that all intellectual property rights to any information, communications and/or other expressions regarding the item(s) and/or website rely over My Personalised Photogifts.
  • Customers are not allowed to use or make changes (reproduction) to any of the intellectual properties described in this article without the authorisation of My Personalised Photogifts and/or suppliers unless it is in relation to the private use of the product itself.

Article 13 Satisfaction

  • My Personalised Photogifts ensures that the item(s)/services meet the specifications stated on the website, and the requirements of reliability and/or usage do not conflict with the existing legal provisions and/or government regulations.

Article 14 Privacy policy
Under this agreement is our privacy policy applicable. The privacy policy is stated on our website.
