Our customers have the opportunity to check the current status of their orders in: STATUS OF MY ORDER. Here, you can find answers to questions such as:

  • You have not checked STATUS OF MY ORDER
  • The standard delivery time (10 business days after receipt of payment) has not yet passed

Orders delivery:

We have set up our own engraving and lasering factory in the far East. Therefore, we can offer low price products with high and reliable Ducth quality and service. In order to help you as much as possible, My Personalised Photogifts works in partnership with raliable delivery service companies. We offer you a fast and reliable delivery of your order. Since most of the orders/packages fit through the mailbox, you do not have to be at home to receive the order(s). Crystal glass orders are ALWAYS personally delivered.

Delivery costs

The delivery costs have been reduced after 1st of July 2007!
You now pay: $23.95 for delivery costs for shippings within Europe (Before was: €10,00).

Delivery times:

As standard procedure we deliver orders within 7-10 business days. Since 15th of July we offer express delivery services.

Express delivery orders

In case you would like your item/product to be delivered faster; we offer express delivery services. We process and handle your order within 24 hours and send it, as well, within this 24 hours. You, then, receive your express delivery order within 3-5 business days via DHL Express. You receive via e-mail a Track & Trace number from DHL. With this number you can follow your order via www.dhl.nl. If you would like an express delivery service, then you have to state so during the ordering process. Express delivery orders have a cost of $0.00 (for the whole order). These extra costs have to be sent by you to our bank account through bank transfer. Please state your ordering number.

When do I receive my order?

There is no point in contacting us via e-mail or telephone if the standard period of delivery has not yet passed. If the standard period of delivery has passed and you have not yet received your order, we, with all plessure, would like to help you.
My Personalised Photogifts has not direct influence in the delivery periods of our delivery business partners.*

In case you are not totally happy or satisfied with the final result of the product/item, you have the opportunity to send it back within 7 days. Please add a brief letter where you state the reason on why the item/product did not fulfill your expectations. We will then process and handle your order and send it once again to you.

Cancellation of orders:

In case you want to cancel your order, then please contact us via e-mail. Please do not forget to include your order number. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after we have received the order.
